We are committed to providing our customers with the support they need to resolve technical, commercial, and administrative issues. Our service center is able to repair faulty or defective products quickly and professionally, typically within 24 hours of receiving the product.

To return faulty or defective products, please review and fill out the “Service Request” form, which can be downloaded below.

Download the “Maintenance Request” form, fill it out, and include it with the items you send to our lab.
